Flatbush Clay Works is a studio space in Brooklyn, NY created by Grant Gustafson in 2022. After exploring other ceramic studios in Brooklyn (and being on a long wait list to do so!), Grant saw the need for a studio that offers affordable space, affordable firing, and access to glaze mixing. With that goal in mind, he rented a commercial space and started to build what has become Flatbush Clay Works.

Grant holds a BFA in ceramics from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MFA from the University of Wisconsin Madison. In addition to running the studio, Grant will actively be working on ceramics as well.
